Find the right au pair for your family
After your family completes and submits your application, you will be assigned a placement manager who will guide you through the au pair matching process. Cultural Care Au Pair provides you three ways to match so you can decide what works for you. As you match with candidates, you will be able to interview anyone you are interested in. Our team can help coordinate interview calls with anyone you wish to interview. Throughout the matching process we encourage you to continue adding information to your host family application. The more information you provide about your family and expectations, the easier the matching process will be. Once you have decided on your final candidate, both parties will agree on an arrival date and we'll get to work on travel arrangements!
Three ways to match
For your convenience, Cultural Care gives host families three ways to match with potential au pairs. You can choose the approach that works best for you.
Personalized, exclusive matching
Your placement manager will carefully select applicants on your behalf based on the information in your application and what you’ve shared with her over the phone. She will place matches she’s chosen for you in your online account so you can review them at a time that is convenient for you.
Consultative matching
For a more collaborative approach, you may schedule a consultative matching appointment with your placement manager. During this phone call, you will review multiple candidates and get an overview of our current au pair pool. By the end of the appointment, your placement manager will place up to three applicants in your account so you can review them more carefully on your own.
Search and select
If you prefer to search au pair profiles independently, we encourage you to "Search and Select" online at your own convenience. This option allows you to search through hundreds of available au pair profiles and to express interest in specific candidates. Your placement manager will place up to three of your preferred au pairs into your account at a time so you can review each au pair’s entire application at your convenience.
